Establishes a Farm to School Program within the Arizona Department of Agriculture to connect farmers with schools for procurement of locally grown agricultural products for school meals.

Requires the Department of Agriculture to designate a liaison between farmers and schools, maintain a website for farmers and schools to connect and share pricing and availability information, and conduct workshops and training sessions for school officials, farmers, and distributors.

Creates a Farm to School Task Force consisting of representatives from the Department of Agriculture, University of Arizona Cooperative Extension, Department of Education, Department of Administration, plus two agribusiness members and two school food service directors appointed by the Agriculture Director.

Directs the Task Force to provide recommendations for incorporating locally grown agricultural products into school cafeteria offerings, review school food service contracts, and submit annual reports to the governor and legislature beginning January 1, 2025.

Establishes the Farm to School Fund to be administered by the Department of Agriculture, funded through grants and other sources, with monies continuously appropriated for implementing and supporting the program.
