Transfers approximately 9.95 acres of state sovereign land from the state land department to the city of Bullhead City.

Land parcels include concrete launch ramps, a public jetty and fishing pier, and a public boat launch ramp located in sections 12, 24, 25, and 30 of township 20 north in Mohave County.

State land commissioner must deliver a properly signed and recorded deed or patent to the city of Bullhead City within ten days after the act's effective date.

City of Bullhead City must manage the transferred land perpetually for park and public recreation purposes and is prohibited from selling, exchanging, or bartering the property.
