Establishes a sexual assault study committee consisting of 15 members including state legislators, sexual assault survivors, law enforcement, prosecutors, nurses, and representatives from victims' rights organizations and nonprofit service providers.

Committee shall study state and federal sexual assault laws, investigate policies and practices of local, state, and tribal law enforcement and prosecutors regarding investigation and prosecution of sexual assault crimes, and analyze training provided to professionals responding to sexual assault offenses.

Committee must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the governor, legislative leaders, and relevant committee chairs by December 1, 2024.

Members are not compensated but are eligible for expense reimbursement under Arizona law.

The committee is repealed effective June 30, 2025.
