Repeals Section 11-819 of Arizona Revised Statutes related to county planning authority.

Repeals Laws 2015, Chapter 140, Section 4, eliminating a prior legislative provision on local planning.

Maintains existing municipal zoning authority over residential zones, agricultural composting, age-restricted communities, development rights transfers, and historical districts.
