Establishes a full-time statewide Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) coordinator position within the Governor's Office of Equal Opportunity.

Requires the ADA coordinator to develop and implement an annual plan to carry out ADA requirements in Arizona that is community-based and promotes coordination of disability activities across the state.

Annual plan must include educational opportunities for small businesses and encourage coordination between the business and disability communities to improve ADA compliance in public and private settings.

Annual plan must include specific enforcement of disability accessibility goals and methods for measuring progress toward achieving those goals.

Appropriates $100,000 and 1 FTE position from the state general fund for fiscal year 2023-2024 to fund the coordinator position and related employee costs.
