AZ HB2394

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 1-272 to prohibit the state and all political subdivisions from using personnel or financial resources to enforce or cooperate with federal firearms regulations that conflict with Arizona law.

Extends the prohibition to include federal taxes, levies, fees, or stamps imposed specifically on firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition that are not applied to other goods and services.

Specifies that the prohibited federal actions are those that might reasonably be expected to have a chilling effect on the purchase or ownership of firearms by law-abiding citizens.

Grounds the state's authority to refuse enforcement in Arizona's sovereign authority and Article II, Section 3 of the Arizona Constitution.
