Allows persons adjudicated delinquent to have firearm possession and carrying rights restored by the superior court after completing probation.

Permits discharge from probation persons to apply to the juvenile court judge for firearm rights restoration; applications are processed by the superior court clerk at no filing fee, with the county attorney notified.

For dangerous offenses, serious offenses, burglary in the first or second degree, or arson, restoration cannot be filed until age 25.

For other felony offenses, restoration eligibility requires completion of court-ordered conditions, probation term, and discharge from the department of juvenile corrections (replaces previous two-year waiting period).
