Requires school district and charter school governing boards to include early termination provisions in all administrative contracts with terms exceeding one year.

Allows termination of administrative contracts if the charter school or any school operated by the district receives a letter grade of D or F pursuant to section 15-241.

Protects school districts and charter schools from liability for damages or outstanding contract obligations when terminating a contract under this provision.

Defines "administrative contract" as employment agreements with administrators including superintendents and employees with key decision-making authority over school district or charter school operations.

Applies only to new administrative contracts executed after the effective date of the act.
