Establishes the spouses and dependents of law enforcement officers tuition scholarship fund to be administered by the Arizona Board of Regents.

Provides tuition scholarships to spouses of law enforcement officers or dependents under age 36 who enroll in universities, community colleges, career technical education programs, or licensed private postsecondary institutions in Arizona.

Scholarships cover tuition and mandatory fees minus other federal aid, scholarships, grants, and gifts received; for private institutions, capped at average in-state university tuition.

Scholarships limited to four academic years or eight semesters and may only be used for certificate, license, associate, or baccalaureate degree programs.

Appropriates $10,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to establish the fund with intent to provide ongoing funding in future years.
