Establishes a study committee on educator health insurance costs with nine members representing health insurance trusts, school districts, teachers, superintendents, school board members, and classified employees.

Committee must examine costs associated with providing health insurance to school district employees and their dependents, and review plans currently offered by Arizona school districts.

Committee shall recommend ways to provide high-quality health insurance to employees and dependents that is affordable to both school districts and employees.

Committee must submit a report to the governor, president of the senate, and speaker of the house on or before November 1, 2024, with a copy to the secretary of state.

Committee automatically repeals on October 31, 2025.
