Extends the Arizona navigable stream adjudication commission through June 30, 2028 (previously set to expire June 30, 2024)

Commission remains a separate agency independent of the state land department, consisting of five appointed members with no more than three from the same political party

Members must be well-informed on river and stream issues, cannot have advocated for navigability determinations of specific watercourses, and cannot own interests in affected lands or receive significant income from such interests

All unexpended and unencumbered monies appropriated to the commission revert to the state general fund on July 1, 2028
