• Establishes a prescription digital therapeutics pilot program within the Arizona Department of Health Services to provide FDA-authorized digital therapeutics for treating substance use disorder and opioid use disorder.

• The program shall operate from October 1, 2023 through October 1, 2025, or until appropriated funds are spent, providing these therapeutics to patients prescribed them by participating healthcare providers.

• Appropriates $10,000,000 from One Arizona Distribution of Opioid Settlement Funds for fiscal year 2023-2024 to purchase FDA-authorized prescription digital therapeutics.

• Requires the department to submit a report within six months after program termination to legislative health committees describing program population, successes and challenges, treatment outcomes, hospitalization comparisons, and impact on treatment access.

• The program section repeals December 31, 2026, and remaining appropriated funds revert to the state general fund on that date.
