Amends section 36-551 of the Arizona Revised Statutes relating to definitions in the developmental disabilities chapter.

Adds "Prader-Willi syndrome" to the list of conditions that can qualify as a developmental disability, alongside cognitive disability, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, Down syndrome, and autism.

Defines "Prader-Willi syndrome" as a genetic disorder characterized by short stature, intellectual disability, hypotonia, abnormally small hands and feet, hypogonadism, and uncontrolled appetite leading to extreme obesity.

Renumbers subsequent definitions in the statute (definitions 37-45 become 38-46) to accommodate the new Prader-Willi syndrome definition.
