• Repeals section 41-3023.03 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, effective retroactively from July 1, 2023.

• Adds section 41-3027.06 establishing that the board of directors of the Arizona state schools for the deaf and the blind terminates on July 1, 2027.

• Repeals Title 15, chapter 11 and the new section on January 1, 2028.

• Continues the board to promote and maintain educational opportunities for sensory-impaired children in Arizona, in accordance with section 41-2955.
