Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-843 to modify suspension and expulsion procedures for kindergarten through fourth grade students.

Restricts suspension or expulsion of K-4 students to cases involving dangerous weapons, dangerous drugs, immediate safety threats, or persistent documented behavior unresponsive to interventions, with student age requirement of seven years or older.

Requires schools to document alternative behavioral and disciplinary interventions considered before suspending or expelling K-4 students and to consult with parents to the extent possible.

Requires schools to provide readmission procedures for K-4 students suspended for more than ten days (after five school days served) and for expelled or reassigned students (at least twenty school days after effective date).

Creates exemption to K-4 restrictions when expulsion is mandated by section 15-841, subsection G, or when suspension is two or fewer days with aggregate suspensions not exceeding ten days in the school year.
