Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 4-204 regarding personal representatives and fiduciaries acting on behalf of alcoholic beverage licensees.

Changes language from "upon" to "on" receiving permission from the director for administrators, executors, guardians, receivers, trustees, or assignees to sell spirituous liquors under an existing license for up to 24 months.

Clarifies that this authorization does not apply if the license is transferred to the surviving spouse or guardian of a minor child of the licensee during the 24-month period.

Updates grammar and terminology throughout the statute, including changing "shall not apply" to "does not apply" and replacing "provision" with "subsection."
