Establishes a supplemental nutrition assistance transition pilot program within 60 days of enactment to help individuals and families transitioning off the federal supplemental nutrition assistance program.

Requires the Department of Economic Security to establish criteria including income thresholds above federal poverty guidelines, length of prior assistance received, and a process to identify eligible individuals needing transition benefits.

Mandates reporting to the Governor, legislative leaders, and health and human services committee chairs on June 1, 2024, 2025, and 2026 regarding program progress and transition funding needs.

Authorizes funding through legislative appropriations, private donations, grants, and federal monies, with the department authorized to petition the federal government for grants or waivers.

Program automatically repeals on December 31, 2026.
