Amends child support law to allow retroactive support from the date a positive pregnancy test was confirmed by a licensed health care professional, in addition to existing retroactive support provisions.

Modifies section 25-320 to include amounts of temporary or voluntary support paid from and after the date of a positive pregnancy test confirmed by a licensed health care professional when calculating retroactive child support.

Adds new subsection to section 25-501 allowing courts to consider retroactive application of support to the date a pregnancy was positively confirmed by a licensed health care professional when applicable.

Maintains existing three-year retroactive support limitation for cases where parties lived apart before filing for dissolution, legal separation, maintenance, or child support.
