Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-401 regarding the justification defense in criminal prosecutions.

Maintains existing provision that justification defense is unavailable when a person recklessly injures or kills an innocent third person while using force they were justified in using.

Changes language in subsection B from "defined" to "prescribed" when referring to justification as defined in the chapter.

Changes subsection B to specify justification is a defense in prosecution for "a criminal offense" rather than "an offense pursuant to this title."

Makes justification a defense available in any criminal prosecution under the amended statute.
