Establishes an agrivoltaics study committee consisting of 11 members including four legislators, six specialists in hydrology, agronomy, agriculture, land management, photovoltaics, and two public members.

Committee members are unpaid but jointly-appointed members are eligible for expense reimbursement under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 38, Chapter 4, Article 2.

Committee shall assess agrivoltaics' potential to increase crop production, reduce water consumption, and improve renewable energy production, and estimate water conservation from converting traditional irrigation to agrivoltaic systems.

Requires the committee to submit a report on or before January 1, 2025, to the governor, legislature leaders, and relevant committee chairs with recommendations for administrative or legislative action to incentivize agrivoltaics adoption in Arizona.

Committee is repealed effective June 30, 2026.
