Requires subdividers selling lots in subdivisions outside active management areas to record a water supply adequacy or inadequacy statement beginning January 1, 2024.

Water supply status document must be recorded with the subdivision plat in the county recorder's office and include legal description of the subdivision land.

Department of Water Resources shall notify water providers if a previously inadequate water supply is later determined adequate, and providers must notify affected customers.

Exempts subdividers already required to provide water adequacy disclosures under section 33-406.

Defines "subdivider" according to section 32-2101 for purposes of this requirement.
