Requires school districts and charter schools to acquire United States flags manufactured in the United States (at least 2 feet by 3 feet) and display them in each classroom and on school buildings during school hours.

Mandates legible copies of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights be acquired and posted adjacent to classroom flags in grades 7-12.

Requires schools to set aside a specific time each day for students in kindergarten through grade 12 to recite the pledge of allegiance, with students required to recite it unless excused by parent request or student age 18+ request.

Mandates schools set aside 1-2 minutes at the beginning of each school day for a moment of silence where teachers cannot suggest the nature of any reflection.

Exempts private schools, parochial schools, and homeschools from all requirements.
