Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 32-506, 32-510, 32-512, and 32-512.01 to modify licensing requirements for aestheticians, nail technicians, and hairstylists.

Expands apprenticeship program eligibility by allowing both United States Department of Labor-approved and Department of Economic Security-approved apprenticeship programs for aestheticians, nail technicians, and hairstylists.

Specifies infection protection and law review instruction hours required for apprenticeship programs: 200 hours for aestheticians and hairstylists, 150 hours for nail technicians.

Permits apprenticeship instruction to be completed through either a board-licensed school (or equivalent out-of-state program) or a Department of Economic Security-approved apprenticeship program.

Clarifies that department of economic security-approved apprenticeship program participants are exempt from licensing requirements while working with a mentor in a board-licensed establishment.
