• Modifies section 32-3102 to restore the original August 7, 1985 effective date reference and removes language regarding scope of practice increases not applying to the chapter.

• Updates section 32-3104 to remove provisions allowing health professional groups to propose increasing the scope of practice of existing regulated professions, limiting proposals to certification, registration, or licensure of new professions.

• Repeals section 32-3106 entirely.
