Requires retail businesses with physical locations in Arizona to accept cash payments for purchases of $100 or less without charging fees or penalties.

Creates a private right of action for customers denied cash payment or charged fees for using cash, with damages of $1,000 per violation, up to $5,000 per person total.

Prevailing plaintiffs may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs; courts must annually adjust damage amounts for inflation using the Consumer Price Index.

Exempts written contracts between parties specifying payment methods and online sales of goods or services from the cash acceptance requirement.

Changes the chapter heading of Arizona Revised Statutes Title 44, Chapter 38 from "Businesses Exempt from Mask Mandate" to "Businesses Generally."
