Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-253 regarding legal opinions relating to school matters.

Removes the word "to" from subsection A.1 to correct grammatical error in the requirement that the superintendent of public instruction furnish copies of attorney general and county attorney opinions to interested persons.

Adds clarification that if the attorney general revises a county attorney's opinion on school matters, the attorney general's opinion shall prevail.

Requires the attorney general to review county attorney opinions within 60 days, with opinions deemed affirmed if not reviewed within that timeframe.
