• County recorders must prepare voter lists limited to names, years of birth, street addresses, and precinct numbers, with protected voter information suppressed, and transmit to the secretary of state within 10 days before each election.

• Within 48 hours after official county canvass, county recorders must submit to the secretary of state unaltered ballot images, lists of all persons who voted, and cast vote records in sortable format, with exceptions for large format ballots, UOCAVA ballots, and certain adjudicated ballots.

• Using voter lists or ballot images for commercial purposes or intentionally altering any information or images is a class 5 felony.

• Secretary of state must establish an electronic portal requiring requestors to provide identity information and sign a declaration prohibiting commercial use, alteration, or voter intimidation.

• Election contest filing deadlines extended from 5 days to 7 days after canvass completion and declaration of election results.
