Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-557 to establish new requirements for developmental disabilities service provider contracts.

Requires that at least eighty percent of reimbursement rates for home and community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities be used for wages for direct care workers and supervisory staff directly overseeing direct care workers.

Adds this wage requirement as a new mandatory condition (subsection N) for all service provider contracts with the Department of Developmental Disabilities.

Renumbers existing subsections O through T to P through S to accommodate the new wage requirement provision.
