Appropriates funds from the state general fund for fiscal year 2023-2024 to the Department of Health Services for trauma-informed training (specific dollar amount left blank in bill text).

Department shall contract with an entity to provide a twelve-month training program for participating organizations.

Training program includes providing needs assessment, change evaluation related to trauma-informed protocols, policy and procedure reviews, and regional coordinators for technical assistance.

Regional coordinators will provide organizational visits, training, and facilitate a community of practice for trauma-informed ambassadors within participating organizations.

Legislature intends that each full-time regional coordinator support no more than twenty participating organizations per year.
