Appropriates $7,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the trauma recovery center fund established under Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-4102.

Allows up to 5 percent of appropriated monies to be used by the Department of Health Services for fund administration.

Directs remaining funds to provide a technical assistance grant for establishing, training, and coordinating a state pilot trauma recovery center.

Provides three years of funding for operational and service costs of the state pilot trauma recovery center.

Allocates grant funding to a public research institution to track data, outcomes, and produce a final report on the pilot trauma recovery center.
