Appropriates $1,668,000 from the peace officer training equipment fund to the state treasurer in fiscal year 2023-2024 for training simulators.

Distributes funds to six law enforcement agencies: Flagstaff Police Department ($300,000), Mohave County Probation Department ($300,000), Gila County Sheriff's Office ($300,000), Casa Grande Police Department ($138,000), Maricopa County Sheriff's Office ($330,000), and Navajo County Sheriff's Office ($300,000).

Requires purchased simulators to be V-300 LE models, except Casa Grande which receives a V-180 LE simulator.

Directs that simulators be used for de-escalation training, tactical training, and training on effectively interacting with autistic, deaf, and mentally ill communities.
