Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-1204 to modify special education voucher funding amounts for institutional programs.

Adds new funding provisions for campus-based programs including $2.89 per route mile for transportation costs and capital outlay costs ranging from $455.60 to $527.60 depending on grade level.

Includes $81.56 per student in grades nine through twelve for purchasing textbooks and related printed materials.

Requires the legislature to increase voucher amounts annually by a minimum of two percent or the GDP price deflator (whichever is less) for fiscal year 2023-2024 and each subsequent year, with amounts not falling below 2023-2024 levels.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language including changing "upon" to "on" and "which" to "that" throughout the section.
