Establishes the Arizona School Agricultural Program within the Department of Education to support gardening programs in public schools statewide.

Requires the Department of Education to consult with agricultural organizations and school representatives to develop curricula and resources for school gardening programs, posting them on the department's website.

Authorizes schools operated by school districts or charter schools to apply for grants on a first-come, first-served basis to establish or support gardening programs.

Allows school districts and charter schools to accept in-kind donations of materials, equipment, and services for school gardening programs.

Appropriates $250,000 and one FTE position to the Arizona School Agricultural Program Fund for fiscal year 2023-2024, with funds continuously appropriated and exempt from lapsing provisions.
