• Authorizes the Department of Veterans' Services to provide burial services in state veterans' cemeteries for Arizona National Guard members and United States Armed Forces Reserves members whose service was terminated under honorable conditions, subject to legislative appropriation and the Burial Equity for Guards and Reserves Act (P.L. 117-103).
