Allows servicemember tenants on month-to-month agreements to terminate with 15 days' written notice under the same military orders and housing allowance denial conditions.

Requires servicemembers to submit military orders or commanding officer verification and proof that the request to maintain housing allowance was denied.

Permits adult family members or estate representatives to terminate agreements if the servicemember tenant dies during active duty, provided they submit military orders/verification and a death certificate.

Tenants who terminate under this section are not liable for future rent, early termination penalties, or fees; landlords must refund prorated security deposits and prepaid rent, though prior unpaid rent obligations remain.
