Requires each school district to maintain an online, publicly accessible, and electronically searchable database of all receipts and expenditures by the district and individual schools, effective July 1, 2024.

Database must include each general ledger entry with the transaction date, amount, detailed description of goods/services, transaction purpose, recipient name and parent entity if applicable, requesting department/school, and titles of requesting and authorizing employees.

Users must be able to search and aggregate payment data by transaction date/amount, recipient name, requesting department/school, requesting employee title, and authorizing employee title.

School districts must update the database within five business days after each new transaction occurs.

Officially cited as the "Transparency in School District Finances Act."
