AZ HB2711

Requires school district employees and independent contractors who interact with students to disclose to parents any information they learn about a student regarding the student's gender, gender identity, gender pronouns, sexuality, or sexual identity within 48 hours of learning such information.

Requires disclosure of any other information about a student to parents upon the parent's request.

Mandates that each school district governing board adopt policies to implement these notification requirements.
