Prohibits hospital service corporations and medical service corporations from imposing copayment or coinsurance requirements for emergency contraception prescribed by a health care provider or dispensed through standing prescription drug orders, effective January 1, 2025.

Prohibits health care services organizations from imposing copayment or coinsurance requirements for emergency contraception prescribed by a health care provider or dispensed through standing prescription drug orders, effective January 1, 2025.

Prohibits disability insurers from imposing copayment or coinsurance requirements for emergency contraception prescribed by a health care provider or dispensed through standing prescription drug orders, effective January 1, 2025.

Prohibits group disability insurers and blanket disability insurers from imposing copayment or coinsurance requirements for emergency contraception prescribed by a health care provider or dispensed through standing prescription drug orders, effective January 1, 2025.
