Requires the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) administration to conduct an annual review of all medications, treatments, and services for sickle cell disease covered under the program.

Directs the administration to solicit and consider input from the general public, with emphasis on receiving input from persons or groups with expertise and experience in sickle cell disease treatment.

Mandates annual reports to be submitted on or before January 15 each year, starting in 2024, to the governor, legislature, and relevant committees detailing findings and recommendations from the annual review.

Requires the administration to post the annual report on its public website for public access.
