Establishes an election worker harassment task force within the secretary of state's office consisting of 11 members: one assistant attorney general from criminal division, one from civil litigation, two law enforcement officers, two election workers from different parties, and four election officers with political party balance.

Task force shall elect a chairperson, meet as needed, coordinate and investigate violations of election law, and refer cases for prosecution as appropriate.

Requires the task force to submit an annual report by January 1, 2025 and each year thereafter detailing activities and reports received to the governor, legislature, and relevant committees.

Secretary of state must provide administrative support, meeting space, and post annual reports on its website.

Defines "election officer" as elected or appointed individuals administering elections and "election worker" as seasonal, part-time, full-time, or volunteer staff with election administration duties.
