Makes it unlawful for any person to intentionally, knowingly, recklessly, or with criminal negligence purchase, receive, sell, transfer, or otherwise exchange any part of a dead kangaroo or any product containing kangaroo parts for a commercial purpose.

Classifies a violation of this prohibition as a class 1 misdemeanor.

Defines "kangaroo" to include red kangaroos (Osphranter rufus), eastern grey kangaroos (Macropus giganteus), western grey kangaroos (Macropus fuliginosus), and common wallaroos (Osphranter robustus).

Adds section 13-2925 to Arizona Revised Statutes Title 13, Chapter 29, relating to offenses against public order.
