AZ HB2744

Directs the Arizona Department of Transportation to establish procedures allowing individuals applying for driver licenses, permits, or nonoperating identification licenses to indicate their preference to enroll in a national marrow donor registry as a bone marrow or blood stem cell donor.

Requires the director to create procedures for releasing driving record information of individuals who opt in to the registry, specifically for the purpose of registering them in the national marrow donor registry.

Defines "national marrow donor registry" as a national registry of unrelated donors for patients needing cellular therapy, including haploidentical and fully matched related donor hematopoietic cell transplants, cord blood hematopoietic cell transplants, and new cell and gene therapies.
