Amends the definition of "expiration date" for grade AA eggs from 24 days to 30 days after candling, allowing grade AA eggs to be sold with a "sell by" or "buy thru" date up to 30 days post-candling.

Allows eggs that meet grade A standards to be advertised and sold as grade AA for up to 30 days after candling, provided they would otherwise qualify as grade A after 24 days.

Permits grade AA eggs to be advertised as "fresh" or "grade AA" for up to 30 days after candling, clarifying this practice is not false or deceptive advertising.

Modifies invoice requirements for eggs by allowing grade AA eggs to be held and resold under their original grade marking up to 30 days after candling without deteriorating to a lower grade.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, including grammar and phrasing updates throughout sections 3-701, 3-705, 3-718, 3-724, and 3-733 of Arizona Revised Statutes.
