Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 12-120.02 and 12-120.10 regarding Court of Appeals judges and retention elections.

Changes Court of Appeals retention elections from regional/divisional basis to statewide basis, allowing all registered voters in Arizona to vote on judge retention regardless of division.

Maintains existing judge residency requirements for Division 1 (10 from Maricopa County, 5 from remaining counties, 4 at-large) and Division 2 (4 from Pima County, 2 from remaining counties, 3 at-large).

Specifies that at-large judges' retention elections are determined by their county of residence: Maricopa/Pima county judges voted on by those county voters, and other at-large judges voted on by remaining counties in their division.

Updates statutory language to reflect judges' designated post of duty as their place of physical residence for judges elected from non-primary counties.
