Requires all aquaculture, livestock, and poultry products made from animals that received mRNA vaccinations to be labeled disclosing the vaccination on the product label or accompanying sale documents.

Prohibits aquaculture, livestock, and poultry products from animals that received mRNA vaccinations from being labeled or advertised as "organic."

Restricts the Director and State Veterinarian from requiring or administering mRNA vaccines for animals and poultry unless the vaccine has received full approval from the USDA or FDA (excluding emergency approval).

Applies the mRNA vaccination disclosure and prohibition requirements to products from aquaculture, livestock, and poultry as defined in section 3-1201.
