Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-821 to modify procedures for precinct committeemen elections and vacancy determinations in political parties.

Requires the county recorder to provide written notice to county party chairpersons on completion of the primary election canvass, specifying the number of elected precinct committeemen in the county.

Mandates that county party chairpersons forward the county recorder's notice to the legislative district committee chairperson in advance of the legislative district committee organizing meeting.

Makes clarifying language changes throughout the statute, including replacing "residing" with "and who reside," "upon" with "on," and "permitted" with "allowed."
