Requires state agencies that ask for an individual's social security number for license applications to also accept a federal tax identification number or other identity verification documents as alternatives.

Applies to all licensing requirements under Title 41, Chapter 6, Article 7.2 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Uses the same definitions of "agency" and "license" as already established in section 41-1080.
