Permit homeschooled students previously enrolled in a public, private, or charter school to participate in interscholastic activities, except when the transfer policy in section 15-341(A)(24)(d) applies.

Require school districts not to contract with private entities that supervise interscholastic activities if those entities prohibit homeschooled children from participating in interscholastic sports.
