Urges the United States Congress to support hunting, angling, and wildlife conservation in Arizona and respect the historic use of recreational areas by sportsmen and sportswomen.

Recognizes that Arizona's 500,000+ hunters and anglers contribute over $900 million annually in spending with an economic impact of $1.34 billion and support more than 17,000 jobs generating $314 million in salaries and wages.

States that hunters and anglers provide the primary funding for the Arizona Game and Fish Department through licenses, permits, and excise taxes, enabling conservation of more than 800 native wildlife species.

Affirms that Arizona's hunting and angling traditions are vital to the state's historic customs, culture, heritage, and economies, particularly in rural communities.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of the memorial to the President of the United States Senate, the Speaker of the House, and each Member of Congress from Arizona.
