AZ HCR2004

Proposes constitutional amendment to Article IV, Part 2, Section 2 of the Arizona Constitution relating to legislative member qualifications.

Lowers the minimum age requirement for Arizona Legislature members from 25 years to 18 years of age.

Retains existing requirements that members be U.S. citizens at time of election and Arizona residents for at least three consecutive years, with at least one consecutive year residency in their district.

Updates legislative language to use gender-neutral pronouns throughout the qualifications section.

Directs the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election if approved by both chambers.
